ID Verification & Legal Requirement

As required by law, all deliveries must be received by an individual who is 21 years or older. A valid government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) will be checked upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide valid proof of age, the order will not be delivered and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (PST) for same-day or next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following available delivery day.

Free Local Delivery for Orders $300+

We offer complimentary Local Delivery for orders of $300 or more. Delivery times will be scheduled based on availability for the same or next day.

Special Requests & Orders Below $300

If your order does not meet the minimum but you still require delivery, please contact us via SMS or email in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
