At SAKEZEN, we take great care in selecting, packing, and shipping our products to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. Due to the nature of alcohol sales and the strict regulations regarding alcohol returns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been shipped. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Exceptions are made in the event of damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund, based on the circumstances.
