Tasting Notes

AKABU SEA offers a bright and refreshing aromatic profile with delicate notes of fresh citrus, young melon, and subtle florals. A gentle natural spritz brings immediate energy to the palate, where soft fruit sweetness is lifted by vivid, invigorating acidity. Its brighter and sharper expression delivers excellent lift and precision, followed by a crisp, exceptionally refreshing finish. Best served well chilled, it pairs beautifully with oysters, white fish sashimi, citrus-dressed seafood, and chilled summer appetizers.

Vibrant acidity and gentle effervescence give the sake its crisp definition, lively texture, and easygoing character.
