Brewed by the dynamic and highly celebrated Akabu Shuzo in Iwate Prefecture, the "Summer Hisui" (meaning "Jade") is a stunning representation of a seasonal Natsuzake (summer sake). Under the visionary leadership of young master brewer Ryunosuke Furudate, the brewery designed this special release with a purposefully lower ABV to ensure maximum drinkability and a feather-light body without sacrificing flavor complexity. Encased in a beautiful jade-green bottle that echoes its cooling nature, this Junmai Ginjo is crafted to be enjoyed well-chilled. It is an impeccable pairing for light summer fare, harmonizing beautifully with chilled somen noodles, fresh white fish sashimi, edamame, and vibrant citrus-dressed seafood salads.
