Tasting Notes

This luxury Japanese umeshu opens with notes of juicy plum and sweet cherry, layered with hints of honey, fig, raisin, and a delicate undertone of herbal ginseng and aged Madeira. Despite its natural sweetness, the elegant acidity and clean finish make it remarkably balanced and refreshing.
