A beautifully modern sake that perfectly balances vibrant fruitiness with a refreshing structure. It opens with inviting aromas and lush notes of Muscat grape and honeydew melon on the palate. With a medium-full body and a juicy, subtly sweet texture, it remains incredibly approachable due to its slightly lower 13% alcohol content. The finish is remarkably clean, laced with bright acidity and a signature slight effervescence that invigorates the senses.
