Hakkaisan × Los Angeles Dodgers Junmai Daiginjo

$39.99 USD

Tasting Notes

Brewed by Hakkaisan Brewery in Niigata at the foot of Mt. Hakkai, this limited-edition Junmai Daiginjo celebrates the brewery’s partnership with the Los Angeles Dodgers. True to Hakkaisan’s polished house style, it opens with delicate floral aromas and gentle notes of melon and pear. The palate is smooth, clean, and lightly rounded, with a refined touch of natural sweetness; a soft, balancing acidity leads to a fresh, graceful finish.

A clean, elegant Hakkaisan profile presented in a Dodgers co-branded bottle, crisp floral-fruit aromatics, silky texture, and a refreshing finish make this limited release as at home with pristine seafood as it is on game day.

Overview

Created to bring sake to the ballpark, this collaboration bottle carries the Dodgers colors and logo and is poured at Dodger Stadium and selected Southern California locations. Serve well-chilled (8–12°C) in a wine glass to highlight its crisp aromatics and pristine texture. It pairs beautifully with sushi, sashimi, citrus-accented seafood (oysters, scallop crudo), and it’s versatile enough for ballpark classics like lightly dressed salads or a simple hot dog.
