Tasting Notes

Heiwa “KID” Daiginjo is a competition-winning sake that delivers both elegance and clarity. Brewed with ultra-polished Yamadanishiki rice (35%) and 1801 yeast, this sake opens with enticing aromas of ripe apple, pear, and a touch of white floral notes. On the palate, a gentle sweetness reminiscent of honey gives way to a dry, crisp finish that refreshes and invites another sip. Its light yet structured profile makes it highly approachable, even for those new to daiginjo-grade sake.

A high-achieving Daiginjo that balances fragrant fruitiness with a crisp, dry finish, Heiwa “KID” Daiginjo is a polished, award-winning sake crafted to impress.

Sooo smooth and easy to drink it almost feels like it’s gliding. You get this lovely hint of melon and pear right away then a gentle sweetness that’s never heavy. It’s clean crisp and leaves you wanting just one more sip every time.
