Overview

Brewed by the highly acclaimed Heiwa Shuzo in Wakayama Prefecture, the "KID" series is renowned for its approachability and vibrant character. "Haru no Kunpu" is a seasonal masterpiece crafted specifically to celebrate the arrival of spring. It is meticulously brewed using Gohyakumangoku rice and pristine Koyasan Nansui, exceptionally soft mountain water flowing from the sacred Mount Koya. A highly complex blend of four different yeast strains (1801, 901, 14, and 10) gives this sake its signature floral bouquet. To preserve its fleeting, vibrant freshness, this sake is bottled completely unpasteurized (Nama).

(Please note: As an unpasteurized Nama sake, it must be kept refrigerated upon arrival.)
