Hyakumoku Future Junmai Daiginjo is crafted by Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewery using large-grain Yamadanishiki rice polished to 35%, harvested from the renowned A-class Yoshikawa district in Hyogo, an area celebrated for its exceptional terroir. This sake offers a smooth mouthfeel and a refreshing, sweet, and crisp sensation, reminiscent of biting into a perfectly ripened white peach.
The flavor is both rich and pure, with elegant complexity and a deep umami that lingers. Made with the finest ingredients and using the brewery’s meticulous, handcrafted techniques, this sake is a limited edition with only 2,000 bottles produced, selected exclusively from the best brewing batches.
