On the palate, the exclusive Aiyama rice delivers a profound, luxurious richness and a gentle, refined sweetness. This luscious, full-bodied profile is perfectly lifted by a delicate, clean acidity, culminating in a crystal-clear and breathtakingly smooth finish. Overview

Crafted by the highly respected Ishizuchi Shuzo in Ehime Prefecture, "INTEGRAL" represents the absolute pinnacle of the brewery's modern craftsmanship. This luxurious release is brewed using pristine water from Mount Ishizuchi and 100% Hyogo-grown Aiyama, a notoriously difficult-to-grow variety often revered as the "Diamond of Sake Rice." The rice is painstakingly polished down to an extreme 33% and undergoes a meticulous, long-term fermentation at very low temperatures. After pressing, it is carefully aged at -5°C (23°F) to lock in its stunning aromatics and crystalline purity. Presented in a breathtakingly sleek, custom-designed package, INTEGRAL is not merely a sake, but a highly collectible work of art.
