Tasting Notes

Vanquish opens with inviting aromas of ripe banana and crisp apple, immediately conveying a sense of freshness and balance. On the palate, it delivers layers of subtle fruit sweetness intertwined with a clean, smooth texture that feels uplifting rather than heavy. Gentle citrus brightness and a refined mouthfeel guide the experience toward a refreshing finish that leaves your palate clean and ready for the next sip. This is a sake that feels both elegant and approachable, expressive without being overly sweet, and lively without sharp edges.

The Spirit of Mt. Ishizuchi: "Ishizuchi" is named after Mount Ishizuchi, the highest peak in Western Japan and one of Japan's 7 sacred mountains. The sake is brewed using the pristine, soft subsoil water from this sacred mountain, resulting in a signature mouthfeel that is incredibly soft and pure.
