Juyondai Ryū no Otoshigo Daigokujō Junmai Daiginjo is a pinnacle release from Takagi Shuzō, brewed with their proprietary sake rice "Ryū no Otoshigo (龍の落とし子)", a variety cultivated over 18 years by crossing Miyama Nishiki and Miyasaka No. 4. Polished to 35%, it offers a pristine, elegant profile with expressive aromas of white peach, honeydew, and Fuji apple. On the palate, it is silky and lightly sweet, with mineral undertones and vibrant acidity. The finish is long and harmonious, showcasing balance, refinement, and grace.
