Kuheiji’s signature Junmai Daiginjo, Eau du Desir, is an elegant and harmonious sake crafted with techniques designed to bring out flavors faithful to the ingredient rice. This sake is created with the palates of both veteran and novice sake drinkers in mind. Made with Yamadanishiki late-growing breeds, Eau du Desir features the deep and profound flavors characteristic of this variety. These grains are well suited for long-term aging, imparting a velvety and pleasant mouthfeel to the sake.
