One of Kuheiji’s most popular Kurodasho expressions, appreciated for its elegance and gentle complexity. Kurodasho “Fukuji” opens with expressive aromas of melon and white peach, complemented by creamy undertones and vibrant fruit notes. As the sake aerates, subtle earthy nuances and a hint of mushroom appear, adding depth and complexity. On the palate, fresh and gentle acidity expands into a harmonious blend of umami and alcohol warmth, finishing smooth and elegantly lingering.
