Crafted from heirloom Omachi rice polished to 40%, it reveals opulent fruity aromas of pear and apple, with subtle herbal undertones unique to Omachi. A lively freshness is retained through careful bottling, often showing a slight natural effervescence upon opening. With the brewery situated near the Pacific Ocean, faint notes of salinity weave into the fruity core, enhancing the sake’s balance and depth.

The front label features an image of the Oya stone, a remnant of the original Morishima stone warehouse that collapsed during the 2011 Tohoku earthquake.
