Brewed by the acclaimed Fukuchiyo Shuzo in Saga Prefecture, "Summer Moon" is Nabeshima’s highly anticipated seasonal Natsuzake (summer sake). Interestingly, it holds a unique distinction: it is the only sake in the entire Nabeshima lineup specifically classified as a "Ginjo." Crafted using premium Yamada Nishiki rice polished down to 50%, a rigorous standard typically reserved for Daiginjo, it incorporates a precise touch of brewer's alcohol. This traditional technique is masterfully utilized not to dilute, but to perfectly extract the vibrant fruit aromatics and achieve an ultra-clean, thirst-quenching dryness. Designed to elegantly combat the summer heat, it is an exceptionally refreshing companion for chilled appetizers and fresh sashimi.
