Overview

Brewed by Maruishi Brewing in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture, Nito Satin Junmai is made with Banzai, a once-lost local rice variety revived in Okazaki and polished to 70%. At 13% ABV, it expresses the Nito philosophy of balancing apparent opposites—sweetness and acidity, richness and lightness—with a rounded texture that inspired the name “Satin.”
