Tasting Notes

This commemorative new sake is the first to be brewed and the first to be squeezed. It has a fresh, sweet fruit aroma, reminiscent of young green apples, with youthful citrus notes. The taste is fresh, clear, and crisp, with a piquant gassy sensation. As a new sake, it carries a slight astringency that offers a special flavor unique to this time of year. Best served chilled, at around 10°C/50°F, in glassware.
