Tasting Notes

Brewed only once a year in limited quantities, Ohmine 3Grain Muroka Nama Genshu Dewasansan is a bold and vibrant expression of unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted sake. Made with Dewasansan rice polished to 50%, this sake highlights the rice’s natural gentle sweetness and is lifted by a zesty acidity reminiscent of fresh grapefruit.

The Muroka (non-charcoal filtered) brewing method preserves its clarity and texture, while Nama (unpasteurized) and Genshu (undiluted) techniques keep the sake’s original strength and liveliness intact. The result is an effervescent, energetic sake with a clean finish that maintains freshness and structure from start to end.

Didn’t expect to see this one here...

I saw Ohmine 3Grain Muroka Nama Genshu Dewasansan on this shop and was really surprised! The sake is very smooth and a bit sweet, easy to drink even for people who don’t usually drink sake. I like the light feeling, and it’s fresh.
