On the palate, it delivers a light, structured acidity that harmonizes with sweet and sour notes similar to muscat and Chardonnay. Mid-palate, the flavor evolves into a fruit-driven richness with a touch of pleasant bitterness, evoking the vibrant freshness of summer fruit at its peak.

This sake is beautifully presented with a nostalgic mermaid-themed label designed by illustrator Tanaka Misaki, whose work adds a whimsical and fleeting charm to this once-a-year release.
