On the palate, it delivers a playful sweetness reminiscent of soda pop, wrapped in a lean, clean, and delicately structured frame. The acidity is bright yet gentle, giving lift to the juicy fruit tones while maintaining the signature purity of Gohyakumangoku rice. The finish is soft, refreshing, and quietly lingering, balanced and charming from start to end.
