Made from Special A-grade Yamada Nishiki rice sourced from Hyogo’s premier terroir and polished down to an impressive 25%, this sake opens with an alluring floral aroma, followed by gentle notes of lychee, melon, and white peach. On the palate, it is silky and medium-bodied, with balanced acidity and a clean, graceful finish that leaves a soft imprint on the senses.

With its harmonious blend of floral and fruity notes, Shichida Parfait Junmai Daiginjo offers a refined and memorable sake experience, reflecting the brewery's dedication to excellence.
