Overview

Living up to its name "Kyokugen," which translates to "Extreme" or "Limit," this masterpiece pushes the boundaries of traditional sake brewing. Crafted by the esteemed Tatenokawa Brewery, a historic Yamagata producer dedicated exclusively to Junmai Daiginjo. This sake undergoes a painstakingly slow polishing process. The premium Yamada Nishiki rice grains are milled down to a mere 8% of their original size (approximately 2mm in diameter) to remove all impurities and fats. The result is a luxurious sake of unmatched purity and profound depth, offering collectors and connoisseurs an unforgettable tasting experience.
