Ura‑Gasanryu Koka Honjozo
Tasting Notes
Ura‑Gasanryu Koka Honjōzō, also known as "Fragrant Flower", is a limited-release sake originally reserved for local customers in Akita. This Honjōzō delivers a soft, velvety texture with a delightfully fresh, grassy-floral aroma, think wildflowers in spring fields. On the palate, it’s round and lush yet gentle, with crisp notes of white grape, melon, and lingering mint, finishing clean and refreshing.
Overview
Best served well‑chilled to bring out its crisp, aromatic clarity. Exceptionally versatile, it complements both Italian and Japanese dishes, especially seafood pastas, grilled vegetables, caviar, and light charcuterie.
